Chapter of the Drawing Room

The Drawing Room is a room.

The other printed name is "The Other Drawing Room".

It is east of the Hallway.

The description of the Drawing Room is "You don't go here very often. This room is one of your least favorite room, because it's filled with grandma's furniture, who left this to your family after she died, and it might be expensive but it's definitely not comfortable. There is also a door but behind it is just a brick wall. Usually. [paragraph break]An empty fireplace with a mantelpiece above it is on one side of the room.[line break]From here you can go west to the hallway. "

The other description of the Drawing Room is "The room looks very similar to the Drawing Room. There's still the painting on the wall and old furniture. But somehow it feels even more uncomfortable to be here. It feels like it is getting colder and colder in the room. [paragraph break]A fireplace with a mantelpiece above it is on one side of the room.[line break]From here you should be able to go west to the hallway."

Grandma's furniture is scenery in the Drawing Room. The description of the furniture is "There is a wooden coffeetable, a side table, a heavy glass ashtray. All of it smells a bit odd, and none of it is important." Understand "old furniture" as Grandma's furniture.

The mantelpiece is a fixed in place scenery supporter in the Drawing Room. The description is "[if nothing is enclosed by the mantelpiece]There are no knickknacks, no statues or clocks on it.[line break]Quite bare. Quite empty[otherwise]A place for knickknacks, statues or clocks, for souvenirs, valuable and beloved objects.[line break]Memories of the past.[end if]".

The carrying capacity of the mantelpiece is 1.

Understand "fireplace" and "chimney" as the mantelpiece.

Instead of examining the mantelpiece:

if the snow globe is on the mantelpiece:

display figure of the full mantelpiece;

otherwise:

display figure of the empty mantelpiece;

continue the action.

The painting of the bowl of fruit is a fixed in place thing in the Drawing Room.

The description is "A painting of a bowl of fruit, inside the bowl are a bunch of grapes, two plums, a peach and an apple. It is hanging on the wall. Not necessarily your most favourite picture."

The other description is "It looks exactly the same like in the normal drawing room, but now, the black background seems to you a bit like a wave of darkness that wants to destroy this moment of happiness and silence in the foreground..."

Instead of dropping the real painting:

say "How dare you think about something so rude."

Instead of dropping the other painting:

say "You don't like it, but this is no way to behave."
